Calendly has done an amazing job of making sure everyone is a culture add. This team is actually fun to be around. While the work and problems we solve can be challenging, the people are not.

Everyone at the company tries. There are really no weak links.

There is constant collaboration. I never feel alone in my tasks and know there is someone out there I can reach out to for help. Also, the company is always investing in fun events that aren't work-related so that we all can get to know each other on a personal level.
