I've had nothing but a positive experience in the company. There is seems to be clear visions from leadership on what the largest priority items are and how to accomplish them. The individual teams feel well managed with a very balanced workload and lots of collaboration with product.

That my teammates are great people to be around and are always willing to teach. There is a "we" vs "I" feeling of sucess
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are welcoming and managers take care to manage burnout and workload. There is also a compromising and understanding nature from product rather than absolutist demands.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seem proactive in addressing and prioritizing issues as well as being mindful about tradeoffs and employee burnout. I've too often in the past where there is a "Everything is a priority" mentality so there was not a clear direction on where resources would be best used. That's not the case here.
