I enjoy how they show up to some of the cultural events. Other than that, I'm not clear on how they are contributing or what the goals of the company are.

The team is welcoming, friendly, and happy to share learnings. They work equally as a team and being individually responsible for contributions. There is a strong sense of team and ownership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel safe and included. I feel there is a strong belief in the company culture. I believe people here have good intentions and want to help the company and each other grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
How supported I feel both by colleagues and by the resources we have at hand. We have good tech and good community which results in a strong supportive infrastructure and base to do my job well.
