The people and the culture at the company are amazing. The goals of the company are motivating, but sometimes feel unclear in the way that they are implemented. The engineering tech debt and infrastructure needs massive work, because there are too many days where foundational pieces are broken

In the time that I've been here, I feel like the executive team has given a good amount of focus on the people working at the company. From handling Covid situations to finding ways of keeping employees engaged, I feel like the leadership team has been great.
