overall, I enjoy working and seeing most of my colleagues on a daily basis, my work load is comfortable, and my pay could be better. I've been here for several years and have always hoped this would be the last job I'd ever have, not so sure anymore.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are able to pull together for the good of the student when necessary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the ones that stick it out have a genuine interest in the student experience here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm no so happy with senior leadership and their ability to create and carry through with processes that work. Seems things are constantly changing and are chaotic. Carrington is hard pressed to retain employees and long time employees are not given any incentive to stay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the cost of living raise we get each year just doesn't cut it anymore, companies all over this country are giving incentive bonuses for new hires, what about the ones that stuck with this company through thick and thin, and has been dependable? Raises 0-4% per year, not cool.
