Working collaboratively to help students meet and exceed their educational goals!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how accessible and communicative the leadership team is, I have personally met and had opportunities to weigh in on many topics and felt genuinely heard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that I am being paid significantly less to work twice as hard, producing better outcomes than that of colleagues under the same job title. I know that the starting rate for new hires is $4-5 more than that of my 1+ year of employment and I do wonder about the pay gap reasonings.
