The overall experience has been great. Lots of challenges and changes have occurred over the years, but we have always demonstrated perseverance in tough times and have demonstrated amazing adaptability when changes have been needed. It has been great to be part of such an amazing organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is fair and competitive. I believe people are paid appropriately for the role they're in.

The people I work with and the meaning behind what we do is what makes me most happy at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication from the leadership team is transparent, frequent, and always ties into the strategic plan and mission of the institution.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The members of the team are passionate about the work we do and everyone believes strongly in the mission of the college. We all align with the communities we serve and feel strongly that we play a critical role for our student demographic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do a great job keeping the success of our students at the forefront of what drives us. The "voice of the student" - that is a student success story - has been a common way for us to start our meetings and serves as a great reminder of why we do what we do.
