Overall, there are things I like about carrington but more things that I don't like.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not really using this package.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel unincluded in the team and don't enjoy the management style of my new boss.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My new coworker needs to make all member feel like part of the team, not like subordinates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have felt that there was an air of cooperation and teamwork. I no longer feel that way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All member of the team should feel included, and I do not after the recent change in leadership.
