So far this is one of the best company's that I have had the pleasure of being employed with. They make there employees feel like part of the team form day 1. They have there act together and know how to treat there employees right.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Probably health coverage. it is affordable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always there when you need them. I am not waiting hours for someone to help me when I need it. When they are needed they are always there!
What makes you most happy at work?
I have come from terrible working environment. I like that here everyone is treated the same. Even if you are new they treat you like a family member and that is an A+ for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That they take what you have to say seriously. They don't ask for your opinion and then blow it off. They really do want to know what you think and they take what you think seriously.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They really are the best team that I have been apart of. They are helpful and give great advice. Also they are patient. They know that we are new and are ready and willing to take there time with use and explain what they are doing and why.
