I enjoy finding ways to improve the education of my students. I enjoy that I work pretty independently so that I can research new ideas. I also enjoy that I work with a lot of great teachers and I feel comfortable asking them for help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we work together to find ways to improve our classes
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I have a good salary. I do think it should be easier to take vacation time and we should have more of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team wants to help the students. They make it clear through their effort and their interests that they are working to improve the education of the students.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My PD is great. I feel I can talk to him about anything and that he thinks about the students first, which is what I want in a leader. The people above my PD appear not as dedicated to helping students. I question some of the decisions that are made, as many times they appear to be against students
