I love teaching. I do not love opaque decision making at the C level, a lack of local leadership at my campus, a lack of the ability to provide evaluations of the performance of my superiors, and that the college is for-profit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do not work on the weekends.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the students and watching them "get" a new concept.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have life insurance. That is the only benefit I find useful here.
