I have worked at other trade schools before. I like Carrington's "small but mighty" attitude. They understand the value of good instructors and have a low tolerance for unprofessional behavior. I as an instructor feel my opinion and position with in the company will always be taken into account.

I have all benefits of a full time employee

My supervisor is a team player who always takes my opinion into account. I have the best team I have ever worked with
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel as though I am part of a team that all have the same goal in mind. There are no egos or anyone trying to make others feel as though they are not valuable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-worker and I discuss daily the best way we can deliver the material. We both use each others strengths to proved the best quality instruction that we can. We are both very creative and don't mind thinking outside the box
