Teaching is extremely rewarding...having campus leadership change on a yearly basis is very detrimental...inadequate student support specifically FS & CS is chronic and devastating to students' experience...the current campus leadership inhibits productive instruction on every level

executive team- they are making changes for improvements CEO-very likeable campus leadership-nothing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
position requires 12-15 hour days, expectations specific to number of students are unrealistic, frequently tasks required do not have access to tools needed to complete the job, frustration is common as on campus there are petty obstacles
