Besides for Benefits, I love working at Carrington!! I stay because of the people I work with and the environment! Yes I could find hire paying and better benefits but not the environment! Also a school who really puts the student first.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping Students get to a good place in their life
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager does not expect unrealistic goals and does not find things to coch on that are not needed, She has no problem saying you will get the next one or letting you know that it was out of your control and you did everything you cloud to help the student.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While the company can't give out bonuses or other thing that are not allowed. They can every six weeks team lunches or team building activities. Also christmas time and thanksgiving are honestly a joke never have been at a company that did not take that time to show their employees appreciation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not who it would come down to but the 2 things that could get me to leave is benefits. We should have better medical and educational benefits. I was offered several higher pay positions. The reason I came to Carrington was the offer of furthering my education when Atelum was the owner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team work hard together and respect one another, I have never had manager like the one I have and she makes me feel like I need to help our team reach our goals every time Annie is one of the reasons I stay at Carrington, She is both Kind and fair.
