I enjoy working here. This is my 4th week so it is a little hard to score in some of the areas, but I did my best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with students and graduates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very helpful. They also take the time to explain when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't hear gossiping which is good. People here are always pretty positive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Knowledgeable and do not micro manage, but trust us to get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With management experience, I bring added value to the department. Also, factor in the cost of living, food and gas prices in California are exceedingly high.
