I have been treated poorly by a previous manager Esther Andrade. I see the company favoring men constantly. I have been told to commit fraud by Kylie Locke. I have been treated like my health did not matter by the company lawyer who offered me money to go away like I was a piece of trash.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When they actually do their job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have to work 2 other jobs to make ends meet and I am a PD. I find it disgusting that the CD and ESD get bonuses and the rest of us do not.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay more, keep people and make them feel valued not just a number. 401K match better work life balance. More support from our campus director. All she cares about is numbers. She could give two hoots if one of drops over dead.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The DA team in San Jose ROCKS! They work hard and do what I ask of them. I enjoy each of them. I am also a little sad that all of them want to leave due to the lack of support in San Jose for instructors from campus Dean and CD
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I put in 110% work 15 hour days due to the fact no one wants to work here. I can't keep going on like this and ask everyday for help from my dean Marryum and my campus director Melissa. They just give me the run around. Its awful. I am here until 10:30 at night while they are home snug in bed.
