The initial onset was challenging and the challenges the pandemic brought forth as well as the feedback from employes has been difficult. I enjoy what I do, even with all the challenges - there is nothing I would prefer to do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My RVPO is fair and communicates effectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration and communication about the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the team and facing the challenges and the wins together
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Would like a better compensation package. I think CD's should have 3 weeks paid vacation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are working together, voice of the employee in meetings, lots of interaction. We have removed silos and created an open communication
