I love what the company offers, I don't feel like my campus is up to the standards of the school. I feel like I'm judged by management for my short comings, expectations that I should already know certain things. I'm hoping things will change as this seems to be new for most of our staff.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Team building, encouragement, acknowledgement of staff and students. Management interacting with employees on a positive note.
What makes you most happy at work?
My students! I truly enjoy helping our students build skills and prepare for their new career path.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the collaboration of the employees at Carrington. We all have a common goal, to help our students succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am pleased at the time off allotted, however, in my opinion we are frowned upon for utilizing it. As a salary employee, I do not feel like I have any flexibility to leave before 4:30pm (my scheduled hours) on any day, even though I am answering emails and calls from students.
