Friendly working relationships and minimal "workplace drama".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like we are all on the same team and not trying to outdo each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that the work I do is having a positive impact on my coworkers and also on our students.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Additional pay when given additional responsibilities. Better health insurance would also help. I can only afford the most basic that doesn't cover much.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My decision making is not questioned. I am allowed to do my job easily without feeling like I need a justification or reason for things I do.
