Changing students lives, seeing my coworkers, successfully working with the different departments to achieve the same goal-helping the student.

The group of individuals and their drive to be successful, not only for themselves but for the college as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I bring a lot of money into the college. It would be nice to receive a bonus when I meet my goals.
