What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy trying to solve problems and helping people to grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has clear goals and executes on those goals. In addition, they are engaging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do think my salary is a little low. That being said, I am staying with Carrington because I love working here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part about the culture is we have a passion for what we do and try to have fun while we do it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is everyone works hard towards a common goal. In addition, the team is professional, which is important to me.
