I love my job, customers can get a little out of hand and expectations for recovering the store at the end of each day are a bit so drastic. But it isn't a stressful job for a sales associate
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to interact with my coworkers and customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a close knit team. We help each other with questions or certain task another can't do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We got to be personal about our previous jobs and it wasn't an interview were you felt pressured to say certain things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe having some sort of quarterly bonus would help out. Min wage job with 2/3 days a week does not cut it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think our company is pretty straight forward with what they want, sell and keep people happy. Which is not hard because parents regardless will buy for their children.
