Very professional to the whole team and has great leadership skills
Cares about each member of team
Nothing. They are poor leaders and need to constantly bring in costly consulting teams to manage the company.
Honesty in communcating with employees
Our store managers do what they can but is constantly apologizing for the lack of hours. So during your 3-4 hour 1 day a week shift they want to work you like your 3 people because of 30-40 boxes of inventory being shipped and recieved daily that has to be put out on sales floor
Review from Sales Dept
They are not in touch or in tune with the times and pay scale. I trust they are paid well, but the sales associates who do the work, open credit cards and make the difference with customers are paid very poorly.

Good communication and honest evaluations
I like my leadership team
The effort that they put into the work that they do
We all work together and get the job done when needed.

Lazy and unprofessional...changes the rules everyday

the will not give me the #'s that I need to contact HR
Taking the time to explain not ridicule. I dont feel beat down after a visit from the higher ups.
Open and accepting and appreciates everyone and what they bring
They pretend to care about employees as one of their core values, but when push comes to shove, the employees are the first to take the fall.
What I like best about my leadership team is we work together
Review from Sales Dept

We receive regular training to help us improve sales with a library of resources to take advantage of. We also regularly have district contest in place to help us achieve goals and work with a team that is friendly and welcoming.
Review from Sales Dept
Most of us have worked together for a while

Taking initiative, listening and communication
Hold each team member to the same standards, no matter what their position is. Treat all team members equally. When saying things make sure its correct the first time and dont switch things up just so it works better in there favor.
they just need a better store manager
Be truthfull and honest. Protect the emplyees and develope a real team relationship. At Carters the "team " is important and valuable only if it produces what the Distric Manager needs to keep her possition. She don't even visit the stores and is sarcastic. (Ga distric)
Compassion, empathy, communication, and understanding.
Communication, trust, organization, team planning, leadership, respect to employees and customers, following company policy!
Review from Sales Dept
They need to get better at communicating. When an associate complains about a manager to take it seriously.
Making sure the right leaders are hired.
Leadership needs to listen to employees and delegate responsibilities to all employees who are adept to take on other tasks.
Better communication with their team and taking the complaints of the team seriously. So many seniority staff members left because they were not being heard but being replaced. Then the replacement would quickly become irritated with upper management because they don't treat you like people.
Learning how to speak to each other
Treating each other with respect
Making D&I a corporate priority bad underatabding workload
Trusting store managers to run business
Being nice understanding people duh
They need to get better at communication and learning to distribute responsibilities to everyone.
Review from Sales Dept
More team work so store feels more comfortable
Review from Sales Dept
Haven't been there long, so I really don't know much about the highest ups. New management at the store level has been an interesting transition, and the jury is still out on how it's going.
