I was able to give input on different topics of discussion in the store.

It was personable. However, the person who interviewed me is no longer there.

The managers were relatable and understood what I was looking for in a company and work team in return of being a part of their team.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Drawn out and lengthy. Complicated

Actualy meet the person for the interview not over the phone and to stay true to what is said during the interview

Be nicer and don't try to intimidate the person they are interviewing

New managment team and find somebody serious

Review from Sales Dept

Get rid of assessment- it prevents quite a few candidates from completing application process.
