What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Leadership, leadership, leadership. LT is weak and they have constantly demonstrated that they have no concern to hear people out or make improvements, instead they would rather surround themselves with yes people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because even when our segment of the business over performs and has record breaking years we are not rewarded for those accomplishments despite the constant rhetoric that Carter’s is a merit based company and pays for performance.
