Taking initiative, listening and communication
Hold each team member to the same standards, no matter what their position is. Treat all team members equally. When saying things make sure its correct the first time and dont switch things up just so it works better in there favor.
they just need a better store manager
Be truthfull and honest. Protect the emplyees and develope a real team relationship. At Carters the "team " is important and valuable only if it produces what the Distric Manager needs to keep her possition. She don't even visit the stores and is sarcastic. (Ga distric)
Compassion, empathy, communication, and understanding.
I feel undervalued because even when our segment of the business over performs and has record breaking years we are not rewarded for those accomplishments despite the constant rhetoric that Carter’s is a merit based company and pays for performance. The leadership team however never misses a bonu
More money and a company that cares
Yes! The company doesnt hold true to its values
I feel like we put a lot into our work. The lacking hours we have dont help with the pay. Therefore, its forcing me to get a second job to support my family and i. That doesnt allow me to be flexible for carters. If i had better pay it would make up for what i was quoted at hire.
Better benefits, especially family and parental leave
More meeting rooms and actual working space
They need to stop playing favorites and treat everyone the same.
They need to improve on learning skills in other departments and communicate better.
They form a group. Exclude others at every turn and treat you like your inferior. Then when you don't take it. They have a meeting about how you are the problem at the job.
Stop talking about each other , train everyone properly & treat everyone properly
Higher ups that know what it's like to work in a store
Change in leadership and fresh ideas
They need to follow the rules and stay true to what is said
Stricter rules and regulations. Constant check ins from Disrict managers. Ability to fire someone if they act horribly to other staff and customers. Instead of turning a blind eye
Training, a new manager with better attitude and genuines for the growth of her staff & not herself
Drawn out and lengthy. Complicated
Actualy meet the person for the interview not over the phone and to stay true to what is said during the interview
Be nicer and don't try to intimidate the person they are interviewing
New managment team and find somebody serious
Review from Sales Dept
Get rid of assessment- it prevents quite a few candidates from completing application process.
Leadership, leadership, leadership. LT is weak and they have constantly demonstrated that they have no concern to hear people out or make improvements, instead they would rather surround themselves with yes people.
Have people in the store that actualy know what they are doing
New management needs to be hired
The drama and the negativity. Just keep your mouth shut and stop talking about people!
I feel like some management can actually interact with the customers and acknowledge them when they're talking
More people working to help move costumer traffic.
