
My specific team is great and the people that actually make things happen at the company are generally great. The leadership team as a whole is toxic and show poor leadership qualities, putting themselves above the people the lead, constantly.

More meeting rooms and actual working space
They need to stop playing favorites and treat everyone the same.
They need to improve on learning skills in other departments and communicate better.
They form a group. Exclude others at every turn and treat you like your inferior. Then when you don't take it. They have a meeting about how you are the problem at the job.
Stop talking about each other , train everyone properly & treat everyone properly
I believe that my store's management team could do a much better job at communicating issues with their associates rather than talking poorly behind their employee's back.
Being available to work outside their normal fields, and not feeling like something is beneath them.
Too many coworkers come and go. We have a high turnover because they quit after having to work with lazy employees.
