Too much favoritism. NO RAISE!! They don't care about safety. It seems like the company is happiest when the employees have to work in very uncomfortable conditions.

When I joke around with customers and go above and beyond to help them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers need to do their job the right way. They allow the customers to break all the rules, so when we follow the rules, the customers argue with me saying the other person said it was ok.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give us a raise every year, even if it's a cost of living increase. The last couple years, we were only given a 10 cent per hour raise. This year...nothing. It doesn't give much of an incentive to stay. (This is my 8th year)
