Pandemic WFH for a year plus makes it hard to stay motivated some days. Return to workplace, in person interactions should help.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Setting overall direction for the organization and the appropriate program /operational goals to support that direction. And then actually stick to the goals and hold leaders accountable for achieving them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The organization has been undergoing tremendous growth for years and the leadership is most focused on bringing new staff in than on training and cultivating the staff who are already here. They should slow down hiring, train the people they have, and focus on retaining the talent already here.
