I like how respected our CEO is in the sustainability field and the corporate and finance worlds. I like how accessible our executive team is, and I love working at a place where the CEO is not some distant authority figure but part of the team.
They're extremely mission-driven and think strategically about Ceres' role in address the climate crisis.

The best of female leadership in action!
Review from Product Dept
They are extremely intentional about how they make decisions strategically. They put resources behind priorities that they've identified.
They are an incredibly smart, mission-driven team who understand that our staff are the most important assets Ceres has, and we are treated accordingly.
They actually care about their employees, but due to volume of work, taking action on their words might not happen. Decision making to implement a new policy/program/idea takes an incredibly long time.
The leadership at Ceres needs to get better at actually engaging with staff and not only talking to top-level managers. They need to be able to take constructive feedback better without taking it personally.
Data-driven decision-making and meaningful delegation of authority wherever possible.
