What did you like most about the interview process?There were layers of interviews from the program leader down to would be teammates. This offered the ability to understand the various work roles and get a sense of what to expect day one.
What makes you most happy at work?The feeling that I am contributing to something important and helping to solve the problem of making the connection between investment and emissions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Working remotely is allowed and improves my life-work balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation should be higher and more in line with peer organizations. Health insurance benefits are touted as "excellent" but are expensive and do not cover routine doctors' visits outside a single physical a year. Time off could be better with the pay being so low.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership at Ceres needs to get better at actually engaging with staff and not only talking to top-level managers. They need to be able to take constructive feedback better without taking it personally.
