What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think overall flexibility is great at Ceres and truly appreciate the overall compensation package with the time off for 2 weeks out of the year in addition to vacation time plus our regular holidays off
Summer Fridays and the week off between Christmas and New Years on top of our normal PTO and Sick time.

I think the meetings with a focused agenda are the most effectively run since I know what my role is and what I'm supposed to get out of those meetings.
Our team generally has effective collaboration!
They are so smart, dedicated, and passionate, but they are also really fun people who are great to spend time with.
Everyone is very understanding and accepting of others.
We work hand in hand and they also give the space to learn and grow as an wonderful employee!

What did you like most about the interview process?
There were layers of interviews from the program leader down to would be teammates. This offered the ability to understand the various work roles and get a sense of what to expect day one.
