Summer Fridays and the week off between Christmas and New Years on top of our normal PTO and Sick time.
lots of unique benefits - health and wellness, etc.
Summer Fridays, $2000 stipend quarterly for employee use, benefits for office equipment like headphones and chairs, one week off over Christmas and New Year's in addition to our vacation time
Robust time off and vaca
Summer Fridays (half days in July and August) are a great comp during the summer.
They have FREE Dental and that helps a lot!
Summer Fridays (everyone gets 1-5pm off for 2-3 months in the summer) and getting the bonus week off between Christmas and New Years in addition to our vacation time is a great added bonus
PTO, Insurance, Education Benefit, and Commuting Benefit
I feel that the salary is fairly competitive for nonprofit organizations, and there are many added benefits like big discounts on bike share membership, a walk-bike benefit (in non-COVID-19 days), great healthcare coverage, and a very flexible work environment.

The benefits are great but the pay is low.
We get a lot of time off and great benefits. Salaries are somewhat low, but that's nonprofit life.
The time off policy is the best part of the benefits to me.
Benefits are great and comprehensive, in addition to the necessities (health insurance, etc.), there are great benefits such as a Blue Bike membership, discounts through a third party, etc. However, pay is on the lower end, especially for junior employees.

Very good quality health insurance and lots of vacation time.
We have pretty good vacation benefits (for a nonprofit in the US)

I get paid really well for my amount of experience.
In a world where benefits are more and more expensive, Ceres continues to offer health, dental, and vision as well as 12 weeks maternity leave.
1/2 day fridays, good vaca and sick days, good work-lfe balance
We have time off between Christmas and New Years for all employees and Summer Fridays (afternoons off during the months of July and August).

great health and commuter benefits
Compensation should be higher and more in line with peer organizations. Health insurance benefits are touted as "excellent" but are expensive and do not cover routine doctors' visits outside a single physical a year. Time off could be better with the pay being so low.
Ceres rewards hard workers with more work but no additional compensation. Staff across the organization are often tasked with work outside of their responsibillites
Entry level pay may be competitive with other non-profits but that's not a high bar.
Junior staff are underpaid compared to other comparable NGOs.
Review from Product Dept
Salary is low compared to other environmental organization. Increase in compensation, pathway to promotion is created, equity in team reorganization/mid-year promotion, and transparency on pay increase/promotion decisions.
