Ceres has developed an excellent reputation within sustainability, and our partner companies and investors really trust us. I'm also excited at how much Ceres accomplishes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ceres employees are friendly, smart, and dedicated. Everyone is very passionate about Ceres' mission. I've also appreciated how willing everyone is to help each other out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are great and comprehensive, in addition to the necessities (health insurance, etc.), there are great benefits such as a Blue Bike membership, discounts through a third party, etc. However, pay is on the lower end, especially for junior employees.
