What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the interviews felt conversational with a clear objective. I never felt uncomfortable and it was neat meeting my current team members while I was interviewing.

I love that the leadership team seems to really value everyone in the company and the feelings of the employees. There is immense transparency across the board and they invest in all of us receiving higher learning opportunities which is awesome!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is everyone's willingness to collaborate, work hard, help each person out, and get the job done to the best of our abilities. We all get along so well and I am incredibly thankful for that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Chatterkick has fostered a nurturing culture with its employees. We're expected and trusted to do our work, which I love. I feel empowered to do my work well and I never feel micromanaged or looked down upon. There is an openness and emphasis on connection which is great.
