I am always treated fairly and anytime I have an appointment or my childcare falls through they are always ok with me keeping him home and taking time as needed. This is a great job to have as a working mom.

If there is a problem, everyone will drop what they're doing to help figure out what's going on and help fix it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love having a job that allows flexible hours for parents and if my child is sick no one gives me a hard time as long as the work is getting done and deadlines are being met.
