There is alot of cheating and lying going on, as well as fraud, that no one wishes to stop

What are some of the best things about your team?

co-workers are friendly but it requires more than that to be satisfied with your job. Managers seem more concerned with holding frequent meetings instead of just proving leadership and direction.
