The Support and collaboration I received from all of them

Pay attention to what is really going on
Listen to your employees; and if they have concerns really do your due diligence as a leader and invest their concerns and do what needs to be done to make things right, even if it means someone in management needs an action plan.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is good, dental, medical and vision

What are some of the best things about your team?
We usually work well together.
co-workers are friendly but it requires more than that to be satisfied with your job. Managers seem more concerned with holding frequent meetings instead of just proving leadership and direction.

They need to stop cheating my company

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are happy employees and always willing to collaborate.
It’s not extremely fast pac
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership ignores employee concerns and is all 'talk'. They will tell you how great they are, but in truth never play out what they promised.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everything was very clear, and I received help throughout the entire process.
When I interviewed it was very easy and the interviewer was knowledgeable about the company

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Workers are very knowledgeable about their jobs but management here says we are dummies and treat us as such
Disrespect of employees behind their backs within the HR department. HR and Talent Department have no care of employees and candidate concerns and experiences.
