He has 15 years of general management and strategy consulting experience at Honeywell and Booz Allen & Hamilton. He has been a Director of CIRCOR International, Inc. since April 9, 2013. Mr. Buckhout earned a Master of Business Administration in Operations & Finance from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.
