
Overall my experience here has been very challenging in that it is fast paced but rewarding. The team members here enjoy what they do and perform well in this type of setting.
Overall, City is a great place to work. Although it's a Global Entity it still preserves the family owned feeling which makes you feel connected.

City has a variety of medical packages to choose from to fit the individual need. The PTO package is outstanding. I never heard of company offering 28 PTO days
City is very team member driven. The company spends quality resources to find out what the team needs and follows thru with focus groups and actionable plans. Putting people first is the best part of the culture
impacting and touching so many people's live directly or indirectly. I've had the opportunity to create an environment where team members can be their authentic selves which allows them to open up as real people allowing City the opportunity to help and go beyond and above for them as valued TMs.
