Overall I have been with City 2 year. Within my 2 years at the company I have seen so much growth with expansion and new job opportunities. This company is really the best company that I have worked for and to grow with the company has been amazing as far as with different dept/ position.

I do feel for the specific type of work that I do I could be compensated more

I like best about the leadership team is that they push and strive for everyone to be at their best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company has always done things like little motivation things and really cares about well being of all employees we are all more like a family
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team always helps when needed and always readily available to answer any questions, or to help in any way. The teamwork on my team is amazing the open and clear communication
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my part makes a difference and saves our Company money, I love that I can play a part and just being part of a great expanding Company.. City is really the best
