What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The respect that was given from day one, I worked for previous companies that were about fitting in and had favorites and treated others differently, management had misjudged and discriminated on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher Pay would make me feel better, I only feel undervalued with the pay. Other companies are offering higher salary but our work culture is what is keeping me here for the time being.
