The comradery and they always look after each other to ensure the overall goal is accomplished.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do believe I get a good pay but with this environment as it intense and stressful as it can be I feel we could get paid more. I do love what I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are understanding. They trust me with my work and new tasks, I have received enormous support on challenging times and it gives me reassurance that they are invested in me for the long term.
