They show respect to everyone on the team and are open to discussions with people on all levels of the company.

Being able to contribute to our common goals and to witness the success of my team and my company. And being appreciated for my hard work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The only part of my compensation package is pay (as I currently don't use many of the benefit programs), so pay would be the best part of the package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When they call everyone team members, they actually mean it. We are all a part of the team and each of us has a job that is important to our united success.
