I said it all already. Never been scolded, Pay is more than competitive, Leaders care and we are provided means to get promoted from with in. Since I have been here everyone in my training class has been promoted or working in other departments. The positivity is on point and opportunist are many.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have regular meetings and our input is sought out, We can increase our bonus potential by submitting improvement ideas. I have never had a finger shaken at me. I have always been shown the way. Others share the knowledge that made them a success with our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Training oportunitys. We also do quartarly plans with our leaders. Together we get to map a career path. Given the tools and classes to make improve or learn other skills that could help get promotions in the future. One example would be free excel classes. Those are expensive, free to us.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like this is my second family. I look forward to being around others that are proactive personally and professionally. We really do a great job f recruiting. I love coming to work around others that are happy to be here. It is contagious and that proof is in the pudding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Exactly the things you questioned me about already. I feel like we are provided an abundant amount of on job training. We are given trainings to help us with personal well being. When I talk to my Leader about issues, I always get help or directions to the help and time off to do it.
