I feel the experience has been different, very challenging at times, but I believe that through challenges we growth. I feel expectations are often unrealistic and it creates a sense of insecurity for the employees. Lots is expected from the frontline employees both performance and service wise.

Friendly, caring, and hardworking. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand regarless of the amount of work they may have on their desk. Great team!
What makes you most happy at work?
I would say the team and my manager play a big role. The clients as well and being able to help them. Many are very grateful and complementing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary. I still have not been here long enough to see how inheriting a book of business that is not properly segmented will affect my overall bonus/ICP compensation. That has me nervous.
