We are a virtual BSA team but keep in constant contact with each other and our leaders. Excellent team dynamic.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am truly passionate about the work I do in BSA for CNB, and I am able to do so remotely.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the amount of knowledge and work that is required of our profession, in this highly competitive market (from Banks to Fintech), I feel we would benefit from a reevaluation of our current pay structure/benefits package.
