I've been in the banking industry for over 40 years. My experience here is overall as good as it gets. I feel very proud to be working at PCG, enjoy learning, work with excellent co-workers, managers, leaders, etc.. Am happy to have excellent benefits, room to grow, feeling like I belong.

So far there isn't enough I can say about how happy I am to come to work, do my best and receive acknowledgement from my co-workers and manager. I feel City National Bank is a very positive company to work for, many opportunities to improve and feel valued.

I feel our team is unique and all of us contribute different strengths, ways to thinking, working together for the best of our team.

Our leadership team is extremely knowledgeable, professional and take the time to make sure we continue to learn, share experiences and care about City National and us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I gave my total 100%. I'm a happy and positive individual and I enjoy working with my peers, helping the clients and feeling that I made a positive difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that it starts with leadership, then our Manager, then our team. We all maintain a positive attitude and want to do what's best for our clients, departments, goals and each other.

Honestly I look forward to coming to work Monday thru Friday. I'm a Tier 4 so always work from the office. I feel the environment is mostly positive and I enjoy learning from the culture and coworkers.

I feel our team gets along very well and we know what is expected of us. We work together and help one another and our goal is to ensure that everyone understands what is needed and get it done. We feel like a 2nd family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all very professional and experienced and they want City National Bank to be #1 with the clients and with their employees. I believe they have our best interests and do their best to listen to us when we have an issue or suggestion. They are people who treat us as people.
What makes you most happy at work?
For me to be happy at my job I need to feel that what I am doing matters and that my superiors know that I am doing my best to make City National Bank a place that our clients feel proud to have their accounts, loans, investments, etc. To do a good job makes me feel happy.
