I made the move to work at CNB two and a half years ago and I've never been happier. I am acknowledged as a part of the CNB family, I have a team that I enjoy working with and my work was recognized this year when I was nominated for and received a High Five Award as well as a merit raise.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy serving out clients and making sure they are satisfied.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My benefit package is well rounded to cover current needs for me and my spouse as well as future retirement plans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team all works well together. We are kept up to date with a weekly call and informed on changes with monthly team meetings. I feel that I can always reach out to someone for assistance if needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though I am a work at home employee, I feel connected to CNB and my teammates. I am part of a family that is working towards the common goal of doing our best for our clients and co-workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel they truly care about their employees. Not just in words, but what they do for us and how we are treated. Work well done is recognized with written praise and awards. They also keep things fun with annual celebrations, personal award presentation events and monthly lunch certificates.
