My area in this Bank is great. Top to bottom and it is a pleasure to work for the management team in this area. The Bank does not provide proper resources for this size Bank to my area and eventually it will be felt in a regulatory exam. The Bank pushes social justice issues too much.

My team and manager are amazing and make working here very pleasant. My management's experience and knowledge maintain me engaged and learning. The only thing i do not like is promotion of social justice causes which i do not think belong in the work place and it feels like certain ones re promoted

that recognition of good performers, inclusive of promotions and increases that are considerate of inflation and employee retention
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct reports are professional, hard working, dependable and they have superb character and integrity. My direct manager is amazing and may be the best boss/leader in my 15 years career. My Director has also been amazing and allowed me to learn and grow with trust and leadership. Blessed dept.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part, the company is adapting to the market, adjusting salaries to be competitive with the new business in town and allowing for work from home. Many companies not in town are hiring people to work remotely and paying higher salaries. It is important that this is not a one time exercise

The area that I am in does not have proper support and resources from the Bank, particularly support from IT. We are a high paid area that does a ton of manual mindless work to get to our real work. Also, the focus on diversity/inclusion/social justice issues are excessive and feel forced on employe
